TNT Global Manufacturing will exhibit its many packaging capabilities at Luxe Pack New York — incuding an embossed, gold electroplated brass plate produced for Valentino's latest fragrance.

Brass was the preferred material, as it offers rigidity, therefore preventing deformation. Furthermore, its malleability helps achieve a sharp brand mark.

The technical challenge was to achieve detailed studs even though very small. TNT Global Manufacturing also developed an interesting process, avoiding hanging marks during the electroplating.
